Concrete works, including bridging, retaining walls, water culverts, construction, waterproofing, execution of electrical and control systems and installations, lighting systems, traffic light installations, paving of a parking lot and installation of electrical facilities for a railway station, plastering, excavation, infrastructure relocation, installation of signage bridges, galvanized steel construction for acoustic walls, drilling of piles and foundation walls including bentonite slurry, landscape development and rehabilitation, installation of outdoor furniture, tree felling, preservation and relocation, landscaping, and irrigation.

Additionally, the contractor executed road paving works, earthworks for road embankment construction and landscape rehabilitation, compaction, imported fill, sub-base layers, asphalt pavement layers, drainage and erosion control works, paving, curbstones, channel stones and stairs, installation of steel railings and safety fences, safety accessories, temporary and permanent traffic arrangements, and sewage and water infrastructure works.

The contractor's operations were conducted in close proximity to existing above-ground and underground utility systems, and on active roads with continuous traffic. To ensure the uninterrupted flow of traffic within the project area, the contractor implemented all required safety measures and executed them successfully.

Furthermore, within the scope of this project and for the execution of the works, the contractor undertook all required coordination with the authorized authorities, including the Israel Police, Mekorot, IEC, and various infrastructure providers (Bezeq/HOT).
