The "Greats in Uniform" program is the largest program in Israel for integrating young people with special needs and disabilities as volunteers in the IDF, and subsequently into the employment market.
Olenik immediately committed upon the first meeting with the organization's management, and together with the Tzvia Cohen Charity Organization, organized a particularly moving event for the soldiers to mark Good Deeds Day 2018.
The event took place at "Hillel Tzur" school in Netanya, alongside the school children and educational staff, and in the presence of many dignitaries.
