After many years of anticipation, the Yanov Community Development Center neighborhood, Kfar Yona, is taking shape. Olenik Company carried out all the development and infrastructure work in the neighborhood, including earthworks, demolitions, paving roads, water and sewage, drainage pipes, development work, concrete, traffic arrangements and all the necessary preparations for the installation of underground infrastructure including electricity, telecommunications, cables, drainage, etc.
Many spotlights were directed at the project, which was extremely challenging, and it can definitely be said unequivocally: "Without the evil eye," everything went very successfully .
The land is planned to be built with over 2,000 residential units and an additional 13,000 square meters of commercial and office space in what will be a thriving center for Kfar Yona and the surrounding area.
The project was initiated by the Kfar Yona Economic Development Company and the Sharon Springs Water Corporation in collaboration with the Israel Land Authority.
