This phase of the NTA project is intended to complete paving and development work outside the Red Line Rakal strip in the Bat Yam-Jaffa section. The length of the section subject to this project is approximately 760 meters along Yoseftal Street, which is one of the main public transportation routes in Bat Yam. The street is saturated with underground infrastructure, densely populated, businesses and shops. Due to the characteristics of the area, quick solutions and flexibility in thought and execution will be required. Among other things, work is planned there such as: geometric updates to the sidewalks, paving and drainage work, sidewalk lighting, completing the installation of infrastructure for traffic lights, paving work, development and planting on the sidewalks, construction of water pipes, laying and connecting an irrigation system, completing construction and finishing work of a retaining wall in the Decker Garden area, infrastructure maintenance, protection of existing infrastructure on the sidewalks, installation of street furniture and waiting sheds, paving, scrubbing and layering work.
