In a bustling urban area, adjacent to one of the main train stations in the south, the Olenik Group is leading the construction of the new parking garage at the Israel Railways station in Ashkelon for Israel Railways’ Logistics Division.
This project is being carried out in a complex environment, where construction work is taking place alongside ongoing vehicle traffic, station operations, active infrastructure systems, and existing structures. As part of the project, the Olenik Group is carrying out the following:

• Earthwork—stripping, excavation, subgrade compaction, and placement of subbase layers.
• Development Work – Asphalt paving, paving, curb installation, and landscaping.
• Infrastructure Relocation – Installation and Relocation of a Drainage Line.
• Water and Fire Protection Systems – Installation of a perimeter hydrant line and water connections to municipal infrastructure.
• Electrical and Lighting Work – Electrical infrastructure, light poles, lighting fixtures, and light columns, including electrical panels.
• Accessibility Projects – Accessible parking spaces, walkways, markings, and signage in accordance with strict standards.
