In the heart of the country's developing industrial zone, Olenik Group planned and executed approximately 11,000 sq.m. of a logistics center, with a height of 19 meters and among the most advanced.

The logistics center was built for an end-user, and all necessary adaptations were made for the user's operational requirements.

Within the framework of the project, Olenik executed the earthworks, infrastructure – including sewage, drainage, and plumbing, as well as electricity, communications, and lighting.

Additionally, the company performed construction works including concrete, piling, advanced technology floor finishing for the logistics center, electromechanical systems, shelving, air conditioning systems, waterproofing, cladding, and all finishing works.

The project emphasized green building, which considers the environment through the use of renewable energy such as solar panels, water recycling, and insulated construction that significantly reduces the need for heating in winter and cooling in summer.
