Project Description

At one of the most complex and challenging sites, in the heart of Tel Aviv, Olenik will execute a unique project demanding extensive expertise and precision.

Here are just some of the challenges we anticipate in this project:

Working on Pa'ili Street; working adjacent to Bikurim School and Municipal High School A'; working adjacent to neighboring plots currently undergoing structural works for residential and commercial development.

Within the scope of the project, Olenik will execute excavation works, contaminated soil removal, shoring, structural construction, and envelope building for an underground road section (ramp) using the Top-Down method. This is to facilitate access from Leonardo da Vinci Street to an underground road within the South Kirya complex (for both entry and exit).

Additionally, demolition works for structures both above and below ground will be performed adjacent to the main structure, ensuring the preservation of development works to their final state on Leonardo da Vinci Street and on Gevulim Street – Hapatman Street and Kaplan Street.

At street level, works will include tree felling and relocation for preservation, decommissioning and relocation of existing infrastructure, landscape development, outdoor lighting, paving, traffic light infrastructure, and temporary and permanent traffic arrangements.
