The Caesarea bulk waste site is located along the dirt road connecting the access road to Caesarea from the Pal Yam Junction and the local alignment ("Danny Hai").
The site contained dry bulk waste and construction debris. The Caesarea Development Company, in conjunction with the Ministry of Environmental Protection, initiated a rehabilitation and regulation plan for the site, aiming to recycle most of the materials for new uses.

Olenik was selected to execute the project works, primarily involving excavation, digging, separation, and sorting of waste materials on site, utilizing all advanced technologies for recycling and material reuse.

At the time, the project was recognized as one of the most significant environmental initiatives and received widespread acclaim.
