After many years of anticipation, the Yanuv residential cluster neighborhood in Kfar Yona is taking shape. Olenik Company executed all development and infrastructure works in the neighborhood, including earthworks, demolitions, road paving, water and sewage systems, drainage conduits, landscaping, concrete works, traffic arrangements, and all necessary preparations for the installation of underground infrastructure comprising electricity, Bezeq, cables, drainage, and similar systems.
Significant attention was directed towards this highly challenging project, and it can unequivocally be stated: "Without a hitch," everything proceeded with great success. The entire project was a great success.
The land is planned for the construction of over 2,000 residential units, in addition to approximately 13,000 sqm of commercial and office space, which will form a thriving center for Kfar Yona and its environs.
The project was initiated by the Kfar Yona Economic Development Company and the Maayanot HaSharon Water Corporation, in cooperation with the Israel Land Authority
