The Ir Yamim neighborhood in Netanya has become one of the hottest neighborhoods in the country. Olenik was one of the pioneering companies that prepared the neighborhood.
As part of the project, Olenik performed floodplain development work, including piling drilling, concrete pouring, earthworks, framing work, drainage, water, landscaping and irrigation.
Olenik also connected all the spectacular fountains throughout the neighborhood.
