Execution of the completion and construction of an acoustic wall along the coastal railway strip of Kibbutz HaHotrim – approximately 550 m in length and approximately 6 m in height; arrangement and paving of access roads to the work area; preparation and demolition works, including the dismantling of existing fences and gates for access to the work site; dismantling of existing manholes and facilities along the wall's alignment; fencing of the work area with a temporary fence, including alongside the active railway and protection of trees designated for preservation; probing/locating works for existing infrastructure; execution of careful work near existing Israel Railways communication lines under full supervision; execution of temporary drainage and temporary earthworks for the construction of the acoustic wall; earthworks; completion of foundation and concrete works; prefabrication of acoustic panels; design and fabrication of steel elements; construction and assembly of the acoustic wall; arrangement of the drainage system adjacent to the wall; and completion of development and landscaping works adjacent to the wall.
