The Agricultural Level Separation Project (No. 20) is part of the Israel Railways national plan – level separations and elimination of railway intersections with roads.

The work is being carried out on the eastern side of Hadera near the Gan Shmuel intersection.

The project includes a bridge with three spans, two end spans and two middle spans, with a total span area of ​​approximately 1,000 square meters.

The method of execution will be using prefabricated beams on which the roadbed is poured. In order to carry out the work due to the clayey soil, the contractor will perform soil loading by inserting drains to accelerate consolidation (removing trapped water from the soil).

The works include, among others:

Construction of a road bridge over the tracks, early land consolidation in the areas of the bridge ramps, paving of temporary and permanent roads according to execution phases, relocation of systems, landscape restoration work, gardening and irrigation.

The existing road-rail intersection will also be eliminated after the bridge is opened to traffic.
