As part of the Israel Land Authority's (Rami) land marketing for industrial use, the company was selected to execute all development and infrastructure works on the designated plots.

Within the scope of the project, the company executed earthworks, demolitions, road construction, general infrastructure, site development, asphalting, roundabouts, electrical infrastructure, lighting and communication systems, water works, sewage and drainage systems, force mains, water facilities, and other related works.
