The work site is located within Israel Railways' area, on the western side of the Pardes Hanna Caesarea train station, adjacent to Caesarea Industrial Park.

Within the scope of the project, Olenik will carry out the upgrade works in the parking lot at the Pardes Hanna – Caesarea train station. The upgrade includes the addition of two parking lots for private vehicles, to the north and south, upgrading the existing parking lot, and the construction of a public transport terminal. The project encompasses demolition works, earthworks, permanent and temporary traffic arrangements, paving, landscape development works, installation of a new lighting system, new electrical lines, laying new drainage lines, a bus terminal, and more.
