Infrastructure rehabilitation demands precision, extensive experience, and the capability to operate within an active environment.

Olenik Group was selected to undertake the rehabilitation and upgrade of the "Pardes" and "Kerem" parking facilities at Terminal 3 for the Airports Authority.

The complex comprises two three-story parking structures, an arcade building, and two access ramps (for entry and exit), all of which were constructed simultaneously with the terminal itself.

Within the scope of this project, we will carry out:

• Concrete restoration works
• Demolition and replacement of expansion joints
•  Advanced waterproofing applications utilizing a polyurea system

Such projects necessitate a blend of engineering expertise, meticulous execution, and adept work management within an active and sensitive environment, all while upholding operational continuity and stringent safety standards.
