Project Description
Olenik Group won the tender for the renovation works of the National Resilience Center, known as "Feldman House" in Netanya.
The tender aims to provide treatment, support, and hope to those suffering from mental trauma due to the Iron Swords War.
This is a national project of the highest priority.
The establishment of a safe and advanced therapeutic space, where recovery will be facilitated at a suitable pace, with sensitivity and the utmost respect for those who bore the heaviest cost.
The center comprises two connected wings – a 5-story wing and a 3-story wing – with a built area of approximately 8,000 sqm and approximately 9,000 sqm including balconies.
As part of the works, Olenik Group will carry out a comprehensive renovation, including the demolition and removal of existing partitions and infrastructure,
concrete restoration, treatment of facades in a marine environment, finishing works and systems, construction of a therapeutic pool, a catering kitchen and dining room, landscape development, and improvement of the protection system.
For us, this is not merely winning a tender – it is a responsibility.
The privilege of participating in the establishment of a place dedicated to healing, resilience, and the restoration of lives is the essence of our work as builders of the nation, even during its most complex moments.
